Student Competitions AB and its associates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit, post content to- or in any other way interact with or within this website, you accept these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. In addition, the terms and conditions apply for all Competitions organized or hosted by Student Competitions AB, on Sqore.com or satellite competition sites. Sqore stipulates the right to change the terms and conditions published on the website, without notice. It is up to the user to keep him/herself updated about the current version.


Sqore: Sqore is a product owned by Student Competitions AB, a Private Limited Liability Company, incorporated under the laws of Sweden. Our registered office address is: Vastra Tradgardsgatan 15, 111 53 Stockholm, Sweden Sqore.com: This website is controlled and operated by Student Competitions AB (referred to in these terms of use as “Student Competitions”, "Sqore", “we”, “us” or “our”). Satellite sites: Websites or other domains, wholly or partially operated by Sqore or Partners, which use the Sqore.com platform and technology. These terms and conditions for Sqore.com apply for all satellite sites as well. So if you register on a competition powered by Student Competitions AB, you become a member on Sqore.com and accept these terms and conditions. Partners: Agents, contractors or other affiliated partners to Student Competitions AB or to Sqore.com

Electronic Communications

When you visit Sqore.com, any of our affiliate Partners, or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site.

Information about you and your visits to the site

You need to register to access certain functions on Sqore.com or on our Satellite Sites used for Competitions. By signing up, you give your consent that Sqore can use your personal data and contributions for any purpose; including sharing it with our Partners and selling the information to a third party. In addition, Sqore can save the personal data for later usage and consequently use the information to contact you.

By using the Site, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

You can at any time cancel your subscription / account by sending an email to support@sqore.com.


All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Student Competitions AB or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Student Competitions AB, with copyright authorship for this collection by Student Competitions AB, and protected by international copyright laws.

Competitions and Challenges

By participating in a Competition organized on Sqore.com or satellite competition sites, You grant Sqore.com and affiliated parties a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual (for the duration of the applicable copyright) license to exercise the rights in the contributions (below called "Work") as stated below:

  1. to reproduce the Work, to incorporate the Work into one or more Collective Works, and to reproduce the Work as incorporated in the Collective Works;
  2. to create and reproduce Derivative Works;
  3. to distribute copies or phonorecords of, display publicly, perform publicly, and perform publicly by means of a digital audio transmission the Work including as incorporated in Collective Works;
  4. to distribute copies or phonorecords of, display publicly, perform publicly, and perform publicly by means of a digital audio transmission Derivative Works;
  5. the winner is solely responsible for all applicable taxes related to the acceptance of the prize.

The above rights may be exercised in all media and formats whether now known or hereafter devised. The above rights include the right to make such modifications as are technically necessary to exercise the rights in other media and formats. All rights not expressly granted by Licensor are hereby reserved. When participating in a Competition organized or hosted by Student Competitions AB, on Sqore.com or satellite competition sites, You can only contribute Work, that You have produced yourself. This includes all images, text and video submission. If using Work that is not produced by you, you are beholden to prove that you have the right to use the material. You are responsible to prove Your right to use the Work. Sqore is to be indemnified in all cases if the contrary happens.

Sqore reserve the right to remove any Work for any reason in their sole discretion. All Work that is by Student Competitions found to be inappropriate, illegal and/or offensive will be removed. Student Competitions will notify users whose Work has been removed.


Student Competitions AB's trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Student Competitions AB's, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among users, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Student Competitions AB. All other trademarks not owned by Student Competitions AB or its subsidiaries that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Student Competitions AB or its subsidiaries.

Reliance on Information Posted

Commentary and other materials posted on the Site are not intended to amount to advice on which reliance should be placed. We therefore disclaim all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on such materials by any visitor to the Site, or by anyone who may be informed of any of its contents.

This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of Student Competitions AB. Your Membership Account

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 13, you may use our website only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Student Competitions AB and its associates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

Applicable Law

By visiting Student Competitions AB and participating in Competitions organized or hosted by Student Competitions AB, you agree that the laws of SWEDEN, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Student Competitions AB or its associates. Any legal matters will be settled by Stockholms tingsrätt.


Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Student Competitions AB, participating in Competitions organized or hosted by Student Competitions AB, or to products you purchase through Student Competitions AB shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Sweden, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Student Competitions AB's intellectual property rights, Student Competitions AB may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Sweden, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
