We know betting on college football can be overwhelming at times. With dozens of games each week from so many Conferences, identifying the best plays can be challenging. We here at Sqore are here to do that sorting for you and identify the very best plays each week.
We will focus on the Top 25 matchups and the Power Five Conferences, but we certainly do not stop there. We will find all the best betting plays, regardless of Conference, and offer breakdowns, analysis, and stats so you can see the reasoning behind each pick.

The vast majority of college football bets are either against the spread (ATS) or over/under bets. These bets are either picking the winner against the point spread and picking whether the total points scored go over or under the set betting total.
An against the spread wager consists of betting on favorite laying points or an underdog getting points. For a hypothetical example, we will use Alabama giving 10 points to Auburn. Bets on this matchup would consist of taking either Alabama -10 or Auburn +10. A bet on Alabama -10 would require the Crimson Tide to win by more than 10 points to be considered a winner.
A bet on the Tigers would require Auburn to either win the game outright or lose by fewer than 10 points to be considered a winner.
Against the spread, wagering is the most popular on NCAA Football games and our picks will most often be of this variety.
Over/Under wagering is betting on the number of total points scored between the two teams in a given game. Using our Alabama vs Auburn example, we can use a hypothetical set total of 60 points.
An over bet would require the two teams to score greater than 60 total points to be considered a winner. An under bet would require the teams to score fewer than 60 points to be considered a winner.
Over/Under betting is the second most popular type of wager on college football games, and we offer over/under picks as well.
At Sqore, our experts don't just cover the Power Five Conferences, but instead the entirety of the College Football Bowl Subdivision.
Our game breakdowns, betting analysis, and free picks will cover the entirety of the college football spectrum from kickoff in August all the way through the National Championship game in January.
This includes the early season out of Conference games to Bowl Season to the College Football Playoff and everything in between.
Before you go ahead and place your bets we advise you to pick up a great CFB sportsbook promo along the way. These promos are usually only for new customers but from time to time also existing customers can enjoy attractive promo offers. Check out our CFB Betting Promo article for ongoing college football promos.
Of course, every college football team starts their season with the hopes of making it into the College Football Playoff. Any team left out does not have National Championship hopes.
With this being the case, our experts stay on top of who is the best of the best and offer future picks when they are warranted. Of course, we cover the College Football Playoff games with our best free picks once the committee has selected who plays in it, but there is often an edge to be gained before that time.
Betting on a future prop lien for a team to make the playoffs or ultimately win the National Championship can often bring a real edge on value and drastically increase your return on investment.
The greatest tradition in NCAA Football is the plethora of Bowl Games played at the end of the regular season. Winning teams across the Bowl Subdivision get invites to approximately 40 different Bowl games across the country.
These games do not have a bearing in terms of Conference or National Championship aspirations, but they are always a fun exhibition and reward for teams that earned winning records through the course of their respective seasons.
Of course, our experts cover all of the Bowl Games in-depth, and there is often an edge to be had in these out-of-conference matchups. Whether it be injuries, elite players sitting out anticipating the NFL Draft, or any number of statistical factors, our experts will be on top of providing you the best free picks during Bowl Season.
This of course includes the New Year's Six larger Bowl Games but also includes the smaller Bowl Games in the weeks leading up to.
