• BetMGM Moneylines: BetMGM had the second-highest total Moneyline pricing on average (4.65%) across all major sports. Caesars featured the best average Moneyline pricing for NFL (4.06), MLB (2.87), NCAAF (4.14%), NCAAB (4.00), and overall (4.03).
• BetMGM Spreads: BetMGM was near the top in terms of average total spread pricing (4.76%) and excelled specifically in NBA pricing (4.71%) over competitors.
• BetMGM Totals: BetMGM has the best average pricing across sports (4.81%), specifically in MLB (4.72%) compared to other sportsbooks. If you like betting over/under totals, BetMGM is definitely a recommended sportsbook.

How much does Sportsbook Pricing matter?

Pricing differences become most apparent as Moneylines get bigger. 

For example, FanDuel Sportsbook may have something like this: Colts -200 / Jaguars +160

Meanwhile, BetMGM might have: Colts - 205 / Jaguars +175

Despite a slightly lower price on the Colts, BetMGM offers a better price on the Jaguars, and overall there is less vig on this market than at FanDuel in this comparison. Those differences in vig accumulate significantly over hundreds of bets.

The BetMGM app provides a user-friendly platform for hassle-free sports betting. The bet slip occupies a significant portion of the screen, ensuring easy and accurate placement of bets with immediate accessibility.

The BetMGM app is, of course, available on both iOS and Android devices through dedicated mobile applications available on their respective app marketplaces. Here's this review's experience of the BetMGM app in bullet points:

• Availability: The app can be accessed from both Android and iOS devices. Download the app from Google Play Store or iOS App Store.
• Speed: The app runs at a good speed, but it's not better than that. There is a loading sign on pretty much every page you try to access, and some of those pages take a while to load. Strangely, both reliable Wi-Fi and relatively weak cellular connectivity showed the same load times.
• Stability: Our testing hasn't shown any issues with stability. We would estimate an overall use of around 10 hours for this review, during which time it never crashed or froze.
• Appearance:  While the app doesn't have the best aesthetics of those we have tested, it is very similar to their online platform in that it emphasizes function over style. That is just a small negative mark however, as we're more interested in other aspects of the sportsbook, particularly functionality and value.
• View/layout: The app has a great layout. There is a detailed menu at the top, along with the menu at the bottom of the page. So you can access everything with just one hand.
• Bet slip/building: The best bet slips are hidden on mobile until needed, exactly as it is here. It sits neatly in the bottom menu until you click on it. Then, a small, non-intrusive pop-up will appear informing you that your bets have been added and are waiting for when you need them. How convenient!
• Live betting: All live betting markets can be accessed via the app. The best thing about it is that it includes its brilliant match center, which provides real-time updates on each game.
