Grizzlies vs Warriors

Memphis Grizzlies

The Grizzlies are currently behind one point against the Warriors, only winning 106-101 in Game 2 before they scored their impressive win 134-95 and led with 39 points. They ruled the court since the beginning, scoring an improved series of 38, 39, and 42 points in each quarter before dropping to 15 in the last one. They scored the most points in the franchise postseason history, with 77 points in the first half.

Though Ja Morant is out, the rest of the team played brilliantly in the Wednesday match. Desmond Bane, Tyus Jones, and Jaren Jackson made 21 points each. Center Steven Adams had 13 rebounds, and Jones also had 9 assists. Dillon Brooks also contributed 12 points for the team, while both Brandon Clarke and Ziaire Williams scored 11.

Due to injuries, Morant, Killian Tillie, and Santi Aldama will not be playing in the upcoming game.

Golden State Warriors

The Warriors are still leading the series 3-2 despite their Game 5 loss. They had previously won Game 1 by one point (117-116), Game 3 by 30 points (142-112), and Game 4 by 3 points (101-98). In the last match, though, they failed to match their opponent's performance. They only scored the highest points of 28 in the first and last quarters, and they were 27 points short by the first half.

Klay Thompson led with 19 points in Game 5, while Jonathan Kuminga and star player Stephen Curry led with 14 points. Damion Lee and Moses Moody both contributed ten points apiece. Though center Draymond Green only made 5 points, he had 7 rebounds and 5 assists.

Due to injuries, Gary Payton II, James Wiseman, Otto Porter Jr., and Andre Iguodala are out for the next game.
