For the Bucs, the question coming into this game is the same question as it has been in all of their games this season: can they generate enough offense to win? Tampa Bay has not scored 21 points in a road game yet this year. While they could do that here against the struggling Cardinals, bettors may understandably doubt them.
Arizona Cardinals
The Arizona Cardinals have had a bleak 2022 season, and are out of playoff contention with a 4-10 record.
